medical request - 18th april
medical completed on 25th april
Eligibility Completed - 26th April
BG - in process

Yes ! They requested on 18th april,submitted on 22nd April and completed on 25th april .
Do you have tracker ? What you can see in the tracker ? Like what was last update in your tracker . Mine last update was 30th April with status: eligibility-completed,BG - in progress.

No I don't have any access to that as I have hired representative. He has got all the information. Last update he sent me was on 30th April.
