I’m an international student in Ottawa taking a post grad program and I speak French. I’ve not done so well on the French exam, but I’ll be retaking it soon to get the extra points for the EE. My current score is 449 And also I’ve been approached by recruiters for positions in Quebec in the past few weeks. I understand that immigration for Ottawa and for Quebec are different but I would like to know what would the requirements be to immigrate thru Quebec instead of immigrating thru the EE.
