How to get CAD from INR

Hi guys,

my brother is leaving for toronto on 28th , how much CAD should he carry with him ?? Are those world forex cards any good...!!

also , where can i get CAD as cash by paying up INR?

go to any western union or other money changers., ask more than one changers for rates.. because even 1 rupee will make a big difference.. try to carry around 2500$ or 3000$ in case of centennial college
