I am an FSW health care draw. on my tracker page I can see my eligibility part is completed. I was wondering what this exactly means? is it possible that they want additional documents again ? or eligibility complete means that documents were ok and we are moving to the next step? I am still in Background check for 2 months now and I was thinking if they want additional documents all the process will take so much longer .
