My tracker is all green and updated with COPR number and expiry date, but I did not yet receive the PR confirmation portal emails. Judging by the delays reported in this forum, I do not expect to receive the portal emails before 2 months. On the other hand, my PGWP is expiring in Feb 2024 and there is no movement in my BOWP application.
Since the document number of my COPR has been generated, does that mean I am not legally a permanent resident and my PGWP - TRV are no longer valid? Basically, if a potential employer asks me about my immigration status, do I tell them that I am a permanent resident waiting for my documents or that I am a PGWP-holder and will soon be on implied status until I receive the eCOPR document?
