My employer has office in mississauga & Toronto (being head office). I have a closed work permit with employment location stated as 'Toronto'.
My job letter, T4 has Mississauga address and my permit has below conditions.
Conditions in Permit
1. Must Leave Canada by 202****
2. Not valid for employment in business related to the sex trade such as strip clubs, massage parlours or escort services.
3. Not Authorised to work in Any Occupation other than stated.
4. Not Authorised to work for any employer other than stated.
My doubts are as below and would be really grateful if you could please clarify.
1. Can I work in Mississauga as both (Toronto & Mississauga) are in same province. There is no change in Employer or role.
2. I work from home all the time and about to apply for PR. What should I mention for Office Address - Toronto (based on Permit) or Mississauga (Based on Job letter, T4)
3. There is NO condition in my permit stating "not authorized to work in any location other than stated". Does this mean, my employer allowed me to work in multiple locations.
4. Will this create any issue while applying for PR.
