I was told if I need signature its the 1st address - 43 bucks, if I need just tracking then it;s P.O box but not signature for 20 bucks, BOTH 3 business days
However, mine was delivered to P.Box with signature anyway
For P.o.Box there usually isn't someone there to sign for it. It's just a post box, like the one you get your mail from. No one stands next to it. The courier address is a physical address. It's like them coming to your house and knocking on the door. You can't get a signature for P.o.box. And you don't need one for courier address, It's just a nice thing to have so you can have proof yours was delivered. I'm sure Canada post knows that people send the courier mail to the P.o. Box incorrectly, so they just deliver it to the courier address anyways.

Nah, I'd rather get my application get delivered very fast, rather than snail mail, and make sure it gets delivered. 20$ is the price of a meal these days. It's not a big deal. I forgot that priority is the fastest, I would have done that, but I only did Xpresspost.

Sorry you didn't get it, it was 20 bucks for Xpresspost to P.O Box and 43 for Priority to Non-P.O Box, BOTH 3 business days. The only difference is Priority gets you signature while Xpresspost doesn't ( this is word to word from Canada post ) - yet it was signed ( probably re-routed ). Sent so much stuff in the past to Immigration, your app reaches the correct place regardless and 1-2 day doesn't really matter as they reach officers desk in a bundle.
Else, I am so particular about these things that I spent $1800 X 2 ( Travelling myself twice ) when I had to deliver/pickup passport to Canadian Embassy in India, instead of risking mail as its illegal - for my parents sponsor app while they were here in Canada

Then the person was misinformed, Xpresspost doesn't go to a P.O. Box.

I sent the application using Canada Post Priority, the lady at post office said theres no signature option, so I see my application delivered without signature, How can I be sure its received by a person and not lying out somewhere?
