My cousin got rejection a week ago. What is the process to request for ATIP or GCMS note? Is there a timeline before which the request should be submitted? Is there anything else we can do? Thanks

Google - ATIP and order notes. You should apply as soon as rejected if planning on reapply. You need to address reasons for refusal (own funds, ties to return, travel history etc.).
