I want to discuss one scenario. I am applying under common law for my partner and we are currently living in Montreal. As it takes more than a year for files from Quebec, I was wondering what I need to do if I decide to move after a year at the end of my lease. Will I have to start the file again from scratch or just mentioning that we moved will transfer file from Quebec to fedral.
