Hi, I'm an outlander with no family connection with NOC 20012, applying under the Tech Pathway. My CRS score is 311. I got my NOI on May 9th and I applied for nomination on June 13, and I haven't gotten any response yet (August 11). Is my CRS score the reason why there are delays? Or is my application going to be rejected? On FB forums, there are many people who are still waiting. I'm anxious. Please advise.

My CRS was 328 when I applied in May but I got my nomination in 5-6 days. As long as s you are above 300, you’ll be fine.

I have a question. Any help would be appreciated. What to add under 'letter of employment' if i am an outland accelerated tech pathway candidate with no canadian job experience. I've seen people adding employment letters with canadian experience but I can't find anything for outland applicants

Got a call from AINP Program officer requesting for documents: August 14,2023
Status Changed to Info Requested : August 14, 2023
My employer didn't receive any email or calls.
I submitted the requested documents the next day. It's still showing Info requested.
Any ideas, how long it is gonna take for nomination decision ??

Got the ITA [under EE of PNP] from IRCC: May 24th, 2023
Submitted the complete application along with PR fee to IRCC: Jun 8th, 2023
Got first update about Medical and Biometric on: Jun 16th, 2023

What’s the progress on the application as on today ? My AOR IS 16th June. i’m EE PNP OUTLAND too.

Should we expect Home country Employment reference check from IRCC case officer ?
It was done by Alberta case officer at the time of nomination, so should we expect again?

Never heard of that, since the file is already vetted at Provincial level. Unlikely they will spend resources at the federal level. For some people whose application was LMIA backed, they have almost been vetted twice.

Hey, I have got an expression of interest to apply for AATP, but, however, I noticed that my EE profile is expiring on Sep 30th. I am just wondering if I can still go ahead and submit the documents. I have written to the Alberta visa office requesting clarity. Meanwhile, have any of you come across such a situation? what's the alternative as I do not want to miss this opportunity?
