Hi i'm currently in the us but i overstayed my visa. i want to apply for student visa for canada, but dont know where to apply at should i go back to mexico where i was born or should i apply in the usa. i was brought in the usa when i was young and i'm currently 19. do you think cic would give me problems because of my overstay.
