Regarding Ontario wastewater management OIT exam

Hello everyone
I have a Operator in training license from Ontario is it considered a certificate of qualification and give additional 50 points in EE. Please let me know if someone has tried this and got approval of PR. I tried yo look for answer everywhere but there are no clear iinstructions.i am working in skilled trades from 2 years with different NOC .
Please help me find out if this is useful or not.

I heard they stop receiving OIT certification as a 50 points since you need to work or have apprenticeship for years in the related NOC code with that certification.
