I will graduate soon and will apply PGWP, I came here with my partner; we declared that we're common law partners, and we got the SOWP while I held student permit.
We submitted all documents and the STATUTORY DECLARATION OF COMMON-LAW UNION (imm 5409) since there.
My question is: Can I reuse the IMM5409 and documents that we used it to apply at the first place? to apply for PGWP and extend SOWP for my partner this time? or do we need to fill out a new form?
Noted: We continue to live together all the time in Canada, so never be apart and have declared it with CRA.
