Hi Everyone,

I am working remotely in BC. Its related to It field and even though my company has incorporated license in BC, They do not have an office location. Recently i got nominated to BCPNP and company refuse to provide me with documents as lawyers informed that in order to consider for any Canadian sponsorship, the physical presence is a must. I am wondering any province in Canada that i can get a pnp nomination because of i have a remote job offer (my company flexible and i can work pretty much most places).

Thank you very much.

Go for Express Entry (CEC / FSW) instead. I don't think any PNP program is viable in this situation. However EE certainly is.

I am just struggling with IELTS so i was wondering what are my options. I was hopping i can get into a pnp program since i have a well paid remote job which i can move to any province.

I'm not aware of any PNP programs that will work under these circumstances.

I got 7 , 8, 9 but 6.5 on writing. I tried 3 times and result is same.
Try harder. I went from your scores on first test, to full marks on the second. With PNP, your employer must be registered in that province and have an office in that province in order for it to count.

PNP is not going to work for you with your current employment situation. So you'll need to keep trying with IELTS. You can also consider learning French to boost your score.

Try celpip. Most people say it’s easier

Thanks all of your encouragement. I will definitely plan to try CELPIP or IELTS again. Hopefully eventually i will able to get enough marks.

What do you mean physical presence is a must? If they are incorporated in BC, they must have a physical presence in BC right? Like an address in BC?

Generally, yes. A physical office / physical operations in the province. Not just an address, but a physical office / plant / factory / etc.

What if they have an address in Canada but everyone works remotely in Canada? Would that as Canadian experience for CEC?

Generally it would depend on how people are being paid. If the people working in Canada are getting T4s, then it will count as work experience under CEC.
