You say this is time critical so reapply. It will take weeks to get letter or you may not get letter at all.

As per your suggestion we have reapplied last week. Our application is still in submitted status. Last time it took nearly a month for response. This time can we expect a shorter response time?? As our time is ticking.. my course starts by July 1st
