My cousin is interested in visiting Canada. Can she apply for a visitor visa to visit me? What other documents, except the letter, do I need to give her to apply for the visitor visa to see family members ? I am in Canada with my family and I have Canadian citizenship.

What family category? She is visiting other family. She shows her own funds, travel history and ties to return. You can write a letter of invitation. In the letter you can say you are a Canadian citizen.
