My canadian husband sponsored me to apply pr.i recieved ecopr letter 2 months ago.we had many problems together he threatened me to sepration and leaving house.i went legal aid and talked about emotional abuse and financial abuse.they assigned me a lawyer.he insisted to sepration till my father talked with about his behaviors.he changed his attitude.in this time I called ircc to see why the pr card didn't arrive yet ?they told still in processing?does legal aid informed ircc about my reporting to them?is delaying for pr card is for going to legal aid and my file is on the more investigation?if I go a head with sepration what will happen for my pr card?can they cancle it?
