Has anyone received it yet? We applied on December 23, 2023 and have not even been assigned a permanent application number.

Hi! Tell me, please, we sent an application for participation in a PR program for relatives of Ukrainians on February 23, 2024. we received confirmation by mail that the application has been sent and nothing else is happening, the status in the personal account is Send. Should we worry, maybe we should call them?

The same for us - we applied on December 23 last year and still nothing.
