Is Medical request a good sign for SOWP

My spouse open work Permit timeline:

Application submitted: October 27, 2021
Medical Request: November 18, 2021
Medical Done: November 28, 2021

what should I expect now? How long could it take to finalize the application? I am from Bangladesh and my visa office supposed to be Singapore. TIA

I got medical request for Sowp recently I completed my medical exam and it’s been updated on 5th July in my application.. when can I expect a passport request.

I applied for sowp and received medical request. Then the next day I received a letter from ircc requesting more documents for spousal relationship proof. I thought medical request is a positive sign. Why did they ask for it if they still need new docs?
