Difference between ICT vs Closed Work Permit vs Open work permit

I have been working for my company for over 12 yrs in Nepal and they are willing to transfer me to their Canadian office. What kind of work Visa would work best for me? Which would be easiest to obtain?

Canadian office applies for and is approved for LMIA exemption. This shows that you are the only one with the technical expertise to do the Canadian job opening. Once they have paid the compliance fee and been approved, you apply for a closed work permit.

ICT is LMIA exempt. Same thing. Google - ICT or LMIA exempt and read about requirements. The Canadian office starts the process.
