Didn't receive AOR email after 16 months of submission

Hello Guys,
We have submitted G5 sponsorship application 16 months ago application was received Jan 11 2023 after nine months we received email requesting extra documents that submitted. Now, a file has been created in the system file # XG000, I contacted IRCC they confirm application is received and its in the system pending an officer to review but we haven't receive AOR email after 16 months. Any idea or advise?
