Here is Canada's Immigration Levels Plan for 2023-2025.

After breaking its all-time immigration record in 2021 by welcoming over 405,000 immigrants in a single year, Canada has established even higher immigration aspirations for the next three years. 

The Immigration Levels Plan acts as a guide for the number of immigrants Canada aims to welcome each year. Canada’s immigration goals include growing the economy, reuniting families, and offering asylum to refugees fleeing hardship abroad.

As announced in a press conference by Immigration Minister Sean Fraser, the Immigration Levels Plan 2023-2025 is as follows. 

Note: These immigration targets may change over time, but the figures below are the ones provided upon the initial release of this year's Immigration Levels Plan.

2023

In 2023, Canada will target the arrival of 465,000 new permanent residents (PR). 

2024

This target will rise to 485,000 new Canadian PRs in 2024. 

2025

Finally, in 2025, Canada is aiming to welcome 500,000 immigrants to this country.
