The Oct. 2 Express Entry draw was the largest selection round since January.
Canada pulled 3,900 profiles from the Express Entry pool.
The cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for this draw was 464.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied a tie-break in this draw for candidates with the minimum score of 464. Only those candidates with a score of 464 who submitted their Express Entry profiles on or before September 20, 2019, at 15:05:04 UTC received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in this round.
The Express Entry system manages the pool of eligible candidates for Canada's Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and the Canadian Experience Class.
Candidates are awarded a score under the CRS based on factors like age, education, skilled work experience and proficiency in English or French and a set number of the highest-ranked are invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence through regular draws from the pool.
