Canada issued more Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence in the February 19 draw than it has in the history of the Express Entry application management system.

A grand total of 4,500 ITAs went to immigration candidates in the Express Entry pool, almost 600 more invitations than the previous record of 3,923 on April 12, 2017.

Candidates needed a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 470 in order to be invited in the latest selection round.
