Zero points in CRS - Spouse - Level of Education

Hi,

My Spouse has done regular BA (3 yrs), B.ED (1 yrs) and part time MA (2 yrs) from IGNOU. Total 6 years (4 full time + 2 part time) of education but still it is showing 0 points in CRS portal for spouse education. I thought it will get updated after 24 hours but it's almost week but still it is showing same. Any help or advice in this regard.

No, spouse education credentials evaluation is still in progress by WES but I am primary applicant and she is dependent. Does evaluation of spouse credentials is also mandatory for claiming points.

You need ECA to claim points - mandatory.
