What are the chances of landing a job for pnp in Whitehorse, Yukon?I cant find any jobs online.... I have only 1 yr pgwp left..plz reply guys :)

Don't get the part when you apply for these jobs in the yukon on cic job board it almost always says don't apply if you're not a p.r or citizen. How can some one from outside Canada apply to this ycp if this is the case. I some times wonder if this is where those sleezy agencies who charge ridiculous amounts of money to desperate people come in to the picture. As I see still most companies don't won't to get involved in hiring process even though limas are not even required in this program.
