YUKON PNP : I have multiple situtations, Please bear with me on this one

My brother lives in Yukon and is asking me to come there. I got an offer from a Super market as an over night grocery clerk ( NOC level C). He said that is enough for Yukon PNP.
Is this right?
Which stream of PNP should I be applying in Yukon?
If I get PNP how many points will it contribute to my Express Entry for PR?

Also I dont have a bachelors degree (from home country or here) I have two year diploma.

Please ask me if you need any more info

Yes you can file pnp .... but you wont qualify for express entry. So after your pnp is approved , it will take about 18 months more to get pr official time.

what does this mean? I have 405 points as of now in my express entry profile, will getting pnp give me more points towards EE?

No. It is completely different process than express entry. It is processed under pnp class and it is not point based.
