Recd Medical request, request for pp and rprf.
Can anyone suggest me that whether the background check is done before medical or after the medicals
and what will be the timeline to get the passport back dully stamped

Background checks are done, security checks (criminal, terrorist or any crime related activity) remains after medical clearance this is done by Canadian Security Intelligence Services (CSIS), they usually takes one month after the medical are cleared.
