I applied Non-SDS application and received Biometric correspondence letter on 17th March and today on a Saturday Morning I received this email. I have even linked my application online but there is no update there and still shows we are still processing the file.

Is there any way other than waiting till Monday to know what decision has been made for my application

I filed my re-application on 28th Feb. I was refused 1st time on 31 Dec

Yeah i checked onlice cic account but its not yet updated and still says the application is in progress

I applied in VFS chandigarh and my file was moved to New Delhi for processing. First email makes complete sense but I dont get what 2nd and 3rd email mean. My decision was received at VAC , New Delhi and it says ' We shall further send this to the Canada Visa Application Centre(New Delhi OC)' again. Why ?
Also, 3rd email says my application is being sent to IRCC office again although decision has been made. Shouldn't they just send it back to VFS chandigarh.

May be I am just overthinking but if some one can clarify these it would be great.
