Visa application, tracking ID No ********************* Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 24/06/2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre Chittagong. You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application centre where it was submitted.

I have not yet requested for medical, and i have submitted my file on 6th June and on 9th June it was under process. Now i have received this mail under track ur application. Can anyone tell me what does it mean? Please I Need Help

They have made a final decision on your study permit. Have you linked you paper application online? You can login to CIC's portal and check what their decision is, it will tell you exactly if it was approved or refused.

I have submitted my application in paper to the Chittagong VFS, after completing all the forms. They have not yet asked for my passport to submit in vfs, and no medical has been requested yet, so i am confused, what does this mean? Please help

Follow steps 1 through 10 to link your paper application. Once you have completed this click on "Check status and messages" under submitted applications. And there will be field "Final Decision" which will show you.

But if they already dispatched your decision and they never asked for your passport then i'm sorry to say that does not look like a good sign, there is a chance it may have been refused. But please follow the steps above to find out for sure their decision, otherwise you'll have to wait for the decision to reach your VFS office.

Just a quick question , will cic will email me before dispatching my passport if my study permit get approved or they only email if your account is linked online for paper application. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks

No I don't think they will. U r right tho, they only let u know once it account is linked. Did u also apply through vfs?
