Your action is required in cic account despite uploading and transmitting all documents

I was asked to upload documents pertaining to my spouse after COPR and given 30 days. I uploaded all documents on 1st after digitally signing and transmitting them. However my cic account is still showing " Your action is required" message. I am not sure if this is a glitch or what because there is nothing to upload and there is no placeholder. Please help
