The job has to
  • have a signed letter of offer or contract of employment in Canada
    • The employment offer must be in your field of expertise (through schooling or work experience) and contribute to your professional development
So does your kayaking guide job relate to a MBA? Probably not as the point of the program is to get professional experience in your field.

But when I do a training in April to become a kayakguide? Furthermore it says that it belongs to NOC C. The background is also to sale something. And sales are background of Business Administration?

This won't work. IRCC will say this isn't related to your field of study.

You need to go with a Working Holiday Visa.

So a NOC C job is not a skilled job. The job must build on your education and professional development if you have MBA. Your job should be a NOC A, B or 0 job.

I have a work and holiday visa right now. But it expires by the middle of August. Season of guiding is ending the middle of September.

I see. In that case you're out of luck going through the IEC program.

The only option I see is getting a closed work permit if your employer is willing to get an approved LMIA.

YP visa won't work. This job doesn't meet the requirements.

Hi there, thank you for your answer. One last question. When I get a certificate to be a guide, does the job not fit to get developed on my training?

IRCC will not look at it that way.

They are looking for your YP job to match your post secondary education. That's your Master's degree. Not some short certification you took.

But how high is the chance to get it? He can just hiring me for guiding also difficult to explain?
Can’t tell you chances. Your employer has to show they tried to hire and fill out the LMIA application. Then you apply for a closed work permit based on your experience. A guiding certificate, unless taken at a univeristy or college, as a post graduate program building on your MBA is not considered. It is your MBA that is considered as part of the YP program. It is called Young Professional (usually denotes a NOC A, B or 0 job) to give people the skills to build on their education and career.
