You have significant ties in Canada refusal

My application was rejected with reason “You have significant family ties in Canada. “ I was first rejected saying I don’t have significant ties outside Canada . So in this application i addressed it so well effectively but the refusal reason saying “ your employment situation shows you’re not established “ which was a wrong decision cause it doesn’t related me ( probably officer didn’t even look at my documents but just rejected with any reason automatically ) So I wrote a reconsideration letter alerting them which they accepted then change the status to from refused to progress to review my application again then they came back telling me “ You have significant family ties in Canada “ ( bejing immigration branch ) . Remember the “your employment situation shows you’re not established “ was the reason they used to refused then I wrote a reconsideration letter then they claim to review again then made a new decision saying “You have significant family ties in Canada “ . I have two of my aunty as Canadian ( mum sister ) mum is deceased , his other sister is also deceased last year and my grandpa is also a Canadian but he left Canada years ago to relocate to Ghana to do his stuff . I’m the sponsor for my brother studies in Canada . Canada immigration didn’t even know my grandpa is Canadian , which was an information I disclosed in my USA interview so probably I feel bejing embassy don’t even anything to refuse me with then saw that information since they share data with USA then decided to use such as refusal . So now I need help to address this issue effectively cause even in this application I wrote all ties outside Canada which Ghana own is more strongest cause I have my dad , my sisters , my other brother , plots , investment with bank of Ghana and mutual funds / bonds with Ghana government but in China I’m just an international student and i submitted a total of 99,000 cad , showing the source of money , 40,000 cad from my aunty and the rest is my own money since my aunty is the one that gave me invite to visit . My visit is purely non immigrant and I have no interest in staying in another man’s country . My family in Ghana too is into politics with one as member of parliament . I ‘m building a real estate my self in Ghana which i did show evidence , showed evidence of all my investment and everything . It seems the officer failed to review it well again but have request for gcm note so this can be done and once fairly .


so can someone help me with what might be the issue .
