York University - Study Visa Queries - Urgent

Hello Everyone ,

I have an admission offer from York University (Schulich MBA).
Thinking that online application will take lesser time to process I applied online for the study visa on 5th December , 2015.
The classes start on 4th January , 2016 and tickets are booked for 29th December 2015 .
Can anybody advise/comment if I will be able to make it to those timelines .

Yes applying online would be faster and easier as compared to paper, I bought my air tickets while applying for study permit as well, it took me less than a month to process. Right now, don't think you can do anything to speed up the process of obtaining the permit

So this less than a month time includes sending/receiving passport for stamping ?
