Yangon, Myanmar Visa Office

I am an Indian, living in Yangon, Myanmar and awaiting my PPR. I am wondering if I will be asked to submit my passport to New Delhi Visa Office or Yangon Visa office?

Is there anyone on the forum who submitted his/her PP to Yangon Visa Office? How was the experience? How many days they take to return the PP?
