Xpresspost service - Canada Post

Hi all, I am sending my PR application by Xpresspost. should this envelope be send to the "Regular" mail address or to the "Courier" addres. I read different opinions in different threads so I suspect I am not the only one with this question.

You can choose both, but the carrier address is more recommended, as they will sign it and you'll get the proof of delivery.
