I mailed my application to CIO Sydney NS through Xpresspost and requested signature option. I put down the 49 Dorchester St address. The tracking number shows that it was delivered today but there is no signature available. I called canadapost and the rep said that because the governments buildings receive tons of mail everyday so they are not able to sign every single mail and that during busy hours the delivery drivers are told to drop the mail straight to the mail rooms. this sounded legit but i am still worried because of horror stories i have heard about canadapost. Has this happened to anyone here too?
