If what you have stated is true/fact.

If your Record of Landing (IMM 1000), Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292) or other permanent residence document contains an error in your name, complete and submit a Request to Amend the Immigration Record of Landing or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5218) before you apply for a PR card.

I hope this is the answer you are looking for.

i suggest you fix it first asap.

Hi,
Do not worry.Even in my passport i had no surname,so what they did was they shifted my given name as per the passport to the surname on the visa and sent it to me.In my passport i have only one name so the given name column was left blank on the visa.
In your case what they have donme is since you had two names under given name in your passport, they themselves have split it into two and put the names against surname and given name,on the visa and sent it to you.Normally this is what they do if the applicant had not split his name on the declaration sheet at the time of sending the passports for visa stamping.
So this is pretty nnormal and lot of people have landed without any problems.

Thanks
