I received my express entry profile number and Job seeker validation code in the pdf file on Aug. 2nd, one day before my ITA.
I only tried to create a jobbank account after my AOR on Oct. 21st. But when I try to sign up I get this error:
"Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. To avoid errors, you should copy and paste these codes directly from the message in your MyCIC account. If you are still having problems registering with Job Bank using these codes, please go to CIC Help Centre at http://cic.gc.ca/english/contacts for more information."
The numbers looks fine and I tried typing them instead of copy/paste, I also tried any possible typo (lower case/ spaces) but no luck.
Any Idea why? Is it because I am late? Does it expire? And is there a solution?
