Wrong name on LMO

Dear friends
There are three name on LMO but one person fist name spealing wrong
But me is fine

Now the owner going to fax a letter to correct that name which is wrong

My question is there any effect on me

Can I use this letter bcz my name is fine
I also called owner he said I m fine.

I m from outside Canada got LMO as cook from Saskatoon

Pls advise me

Hi,

It will not affect you. But definitely affects the 2 others. The employer should make the nec. corrections. I hope this helps.

So do u advise me not to wait for they r correction name

I dont see any problem with that too brother. I think you can apply as early as possible before your LMO expires..

the only way you can prove family tie is through your birth certificate or same document that can prove your relationships.
