Wrong Language Proficiency Score

Hi everyone,

I applied for the Express Entry (Single) with my IELTS General Training test and it seems the total score shown is less than it should be accordingly to CIC website.

My IELTS Score:
Reading: 7.0 ( CLB 9 ) -> +31
Writing: 6.5 ( CLB 8 ) -> +23
Listening: 7.0 ( CLB 9 ) -> +31
Speaking: 7.0 ( CLB 9 ) -> +31
Total: 116

Although the score shown in my profile is 102.

Does anyone else have the same issue ? I'm not sure if I'm missing something here.

I think 7.0 in Listening corresponds to CLB 8, not 9.
