Dear Seniors

I need an urgent advice, as I am in crucial situation.
I have been nominated under SINP OID a month before. I have to submit my paper based application to IRCC.
While filling Schedule A (Background Information), I realized that I made a blunder, while answering question 6, I answered NO for all, for the option (D), I answered NO as well, whereas I have been refused Canadian TRV twice at different time periods and without mentioning any specific reason.
I understood that its only about refusal of immigration, I skipped that TRV was also there. Its my blunder. I put wrong information.
Now I have to submit my paper based application with all the forms. How I can rectify my blunder?
Should I inform SINP about my blunder and explain them what has happened?? But I am scare of as they might cancel my nomination.
Or should I filled the form with correct information and submit that to IRCC??
Please advice me what I should do. Its just my blunder, I didn't have any intention to hide any information. I am too worried please help me.

You should contact IRCC/SINP as soon as possible with a CSE and hope that they accept your correction. Wherever you sent the wrong information, let them know as soon as possible.

Include an explanation of why you made the mistake.

I have seen several people on here who had their application rejected for answering that question wrong. It is considered misrepresentation by IRCC.

Hi Butterfly1,

You have to act promptly. Answering statuary questions incorrectly is mis-representation that may lead to a 5-year ban.

As Andre_Smol said, you can submit a corrected schedule A and a letter of explanation via CSE at https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
