Wrong end of employment date on my old work experience letter found after submitting my application

Hi,

i received an ita under cec and i submitted my application files, but after a couple of days i realized that one of my old work experience letters had a termination year in 2020 while it was 2019 and the dates on the profile are correct, only experience letter discrepancy. I requested a new print of it from HR, but it will take some time. should i resend my new experience letter and tell the officer what happened in an explanation letter, or is it ok and i leave it as is?

Don’t leave it as it is, you must inform them via webform and send them explanation with new letter.

It will take some time to get a new one, will that be a problem if the officer gets to the application and finds the discrepancy, or will they ask for additional documents?

Prioritize it with the company. But let me tell you. Your eligibility starts after your biometric and medical get updated.
so if you are done with both of them already then you might upload new document asap
