Wrong DOB IN MEDICAL RECORD

Hi everyone,
Need your help.
My husband did his medical exam on mar 2nd but unfortunately his DOB is wrong in the medical record and we have submitted the same for our express entry last month.
Please can someone help if anyone faced this kind of situation and what is the next step.

Hi Rashchat, I am in the same boat. My hospital messed up the month and day for the DOB but the year is same. Can you please let me know what you did to fix this issue. I just have 2 days left to submit the application?
