Depends. If the revised date changes your CRS score and/or program eligibility somehow, that is a material difference in your application. If it doesn't have that impact, nothing to worry here.

I also entered wrong birth city for spouse and had my name/surname interchanged. So I did some research and found this link :
http://www.immigration.ca/en/immigration-wiki2/205-home/immigration-manuals/e-application/1377-express-entry-assessing-an-e-application-on-a11-2.html

It seems that UNLESS your updates in the e-APR changes anything materially - i.e. either changes your CRS or makes you ineligible to rcv ITA for any reason in that draw, you should be able to change whatever you want without any fear of rejection. At best, explain your mistake in one line in a letter of explanation - as suggested by Asivad in other posts.

Thanks. One question. I havent received my wifes WES report yet, I am expecting it within 2 weeks. So can just enter random WES reference now and if get WES report after ITA, I will update correct info. Is it ok?

Avoid doing anything of that sort if you can. If you get an ITA while your spouse's ECA is pending, that will be virtually impossible to explain to the officer. Or you will be forced to decline the ITA upfront. Might as well wait for a couple of weeks, get the ECA report and enter the right data.

She's right. That would be misrepresentation. It's not worth it and CIC will not take kindly to it.
