Wrong Biometrics date in GCKey?

Hi,

I have linked my application to my GCKey account and have been monitoring my progress there. A couple weeks ago I emailed CIC about my Biometrics not showing up as completed in my profile, but the information was visible under "Applicant Information", just not down there at the status list. They responded that they've received them already and that they've updated my profile.

After roughly 2 weeks after their message, the Biometrics status did indeed change saying it's complete, but they've added a wrong date there! This lead me to believe that they might've attached wrong Biometrics data to my record. I contacted them (twice) about it, and they assured me that the correct Biometrics information is attached to my profile.

Honestly, I'm still not feeling assured about this and feel like they might've made a mistake. So the point of this thread is to see if anybody else was in a similar situation.

- Correct Biometrics info showing under "Applicant information"
- Wrong Biometrics acceptance date under status list in GCKey

It doesn't matter. They have already confirmed for you twice that it is correct, so stop worrying and stop bugging them about it.

I agree , the gckey is never accurate . Our medicals are the wrong date as well . Notes have correct date
They have your biometrics and confirmed they do so I would leave it alone
