Hi,

In background declaration form I have to mention
that addresses also where I stayed temporary for one
or two months. or mention only where i spent
more then six months.

You need to mention all addresses and if you run out of space attached another sheet.

even for 1 and two months address also I dont remember
exactly all addresses.

Its better to disclose all your address because they will do a background check and if they found out that you did not mention certain address it will just lengthen you process. If you really dont remember the address and has been there for only 1 or 2 months then just leave it coz nothing you can do about it but the once you remember do mention it.
