Would you recommend Inland or Outland in this case?

I am 19 from Germany. My Spouse aswell is 19 and she will sponsor me.
We have been dating for 3 years, got married 3 months ago. We have met only once, though i stayed 6 weeks at her house for that visit.

I am currently in canada - on my 6 months visa - for 4 months. Now which do you think will be better for us_ Inland or Outland?
Important factors to us are when i'll be able to get health care here, when i will be able to work and if you think theyll call us to an interview.

I really do not want to leave her again, how big are the chances of my visa being extended for the duration of the Undertaking?

You don't have a visa since you are from Germany. When you renew your status, they will send you what is called a Visitor Record, which is a piece of paper essentially. Your chances are very good to have this renewed, just follow the guides on here. Make sure you send in that application a month before your status expires.

If you can afford to live for about a year not working, then definitely apply outland. From what I can see on the spreadsheets it looks like PR's are taking about 7-8 months through Vienna VO.

I would go outland too. You can apply to extend your stay.

I am assuming to your visitor visa? Most applicants which apply for a TRV(vistor visa) and are non-exempt which includes German citizens are usually not turn down for an extension.

how long would be extension be for?

I have checked back vienna takes 17 months to process the application
Standard extensions are for 6 months, but you can ask for more - you might get it. And if you get 6 months, you can always ask for yet another extension if needed.

That 17 month figure is to complete 80% of applications, so the large majority are completed much more quickly. As Aquakitty said, for standard applications are running 7-8 months.

Apply for an extension 30 days prior to the expiration of your current visitor visa. You will have a 6 month extension if approved which should give you plenty of time. Vienna I believe is taking less than 1 year for most applications with no red flags. Posted times on CIC are usually worst case scenarios and do not reflect the average processing times.
