Hello,
I am sorry for making it too big and I would really appreciate if you could take 5 minutes out of you busy schedule . Just need advise or opinion

This letter is to confirm that Mr. abc has worked with “xyz”. He started working from 24 September
2012 and his last day was 11th August 2013, at the position of “Service Technician”. He started working as a casual
part time and his hourly salary was $23.08 and when he left he was Permanent Part Time Employee with guaranteed
21 hours per week which sometimes were between 21-35 hours/week too. He is a hard working employee with great
knowledge and was integral part of our organization.
Below are the job details and conditions of employment:
Position: Service Technician
Duration: start and end date
Location:
Salary: $23.08
Hours of Work: 21 Guaranteed Hours (could go up to 35hrs/week)
• Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by users
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Communicate electronically with users experiencing difficulties with their Internet connections issues,
Configuration of Routers/ Gateways/ Modems.
• Providing Phone Support on Email issue (Incoming and Outgoing), Spam Issues and many more.
• Providing support on Email issues, Internet Connectivity issues, Software and Hardware issues on Wireless
devices like tablets and mobile devices, Apple Devices, Blackberry, Samsung and HTC.
• Determine and analyse the root cause of the problem. Then Resolve or Escalate to the right department
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other Service Technicians.
• Escalation of Issue if not resolved to the Tier2 level.

Would it be accepted or do i need to get it little change? . as I was part time and was working gauranted 21 hrs but in actual i was working 30-35 /week, can i attach my pay stubs to justify it?
