I've been married to my Canadian husband for 3 years. We live in Barbados but my husband would like to move back to Canada with our daughter, she was born in march of this year his name is on the birth certificate he would like to register our daughter as a Canadian and get her citizenship. Would my daughter need to do a DNA Test?

No. If his name is on the birth certificate as father, he is presumed to be the child's biological father. Only if there is some unusual circumstance that would cause Canadian authorities to question parenthood would a DNA test be requested.
